Virgil is a well-rounded scientist with a broad spectrum of expertise. He has worked with many fortune 500 companies over the past decade and has worked on cGMP validation for manufacturing facilities equipment, systems and processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and FDA regulations. He has extensive expertise in IQ/OQ/PQ and has worked closely on CIP, SIP, fermentation, purification and other related issues. Virgil also served for nearly ten years in the US Navy, supervising the engineering laboratory staff who performed all chemistry and radiological controls on nuclear reactor primary and secondary systems, calibrated and operated radiation detection and chemistry analytical equipment and was in charge of the contamination containment area, radiation exposure control, radioactive waste packaging and decontamination of equipment and personnel.
